Olive Oil & Truffles from Molise

Our Extravirgin olive oil comes from Colletorto village in the Molise region of Italy. It is the very best from the seasonís harvest, pressed in late October when the fruit is at its optimum ripeness. It is a balanced oil, fruity tending to the sweet, gentle peppery aftertones, and rich golden colour with green reflections. The classic flavour and appearance is due to the character of the land, quality of olive fruit and traditional methods of production. The olives are hand picked, crushed by granite millstones and cold pressed on the same day. This oil is also used as the base for our award-winning flavoured oils. We proudly offer these exclusive products supplied directly from family-run olive mills 'Aloia' and 'Timperio'.

Truffles are the ultimate gastronomic experience and one that you should endeavour to try! Our truffle products feature all the three main varieties: Black winter truffles, White truffles and Summer truffles. Our friends at the Centro Tartufi Molise based in the heart of the Molise are family-run producers of exceptional artisan truffle products. It is passion, experience and preparation down to the finest detail that enables the Centro Tartufi Molise to obtain the fresh truffles and preserve intact their unique rich flavours and taste.
